Hello! Hej!

I am Josefine, a Swedish Design Researcher based in Barcelona with a background in mixed-methods approaches.

I am a strategic thinker and storyteller at heart and approach research and design with empathy and curiosity. Asking good questions, transforming research insights into design ideas, and connecting user needs with business strategy are some of my biggest strengths.

Before pivoting to the world of UX, I worked for 10+ years in the PR, communications and market research industry advising international and national brands, and collaborating succesfully with stakeholders from many sectors and disciplines. In 2020 I completed a Master in Anthropology and have since worked as an ethnographic researcher within academia, successfully completed a UX/UI design bootcamp and done freelance work as a design researcher and strategist.

If not at work, you can probably find me laying puzzles with my 5-year-old son, discovering a new hiking trail, or trying out one of Barcelona’s many lovely restaurants.
